Home-Staging Process:

Stage 1: Initial In-home Staging Consultation of 1-2 hours in length in order to analyze your current environment and determine which changes will make the biggest impact on potential buyers.

Stage 2: Follow-up email with prioritized suggestions and a quote for further services if desired.

Stage 3: Optional further services to stage & sell home includes editing, re-decorating, furniture & art rental. You can put your initial consult fee toward any or all of the suggested services if you choose to follow-up with them.
