Colleen Lynch - Certified Interior Decorator & Owner of Dovetail Decor

Colleen Lynch is a certified interior decorator and the owner of Toronto based Dovetail Decor. She has a special knowledge of decorating with antiques, prompted by a family interest and involvement in antique hunting and restoration work. At a young age, she worked with an interior designer doing administration and floor plans. She developed an avid interest in various aspects of decor including period style, colour and collectables.

In university, she elected to take a generalized fine arts degree to begin and eventually specialized in creative writing. After working in office management and event planning, Colleen studied at George Brown College and received a certificate in Interior Decoration.

Her projects since include staging, set, office, event and residential decor work as well as continued involvement with the antiques field. She brings a well-rounded mix of artistic sensitivity, practical experience and administrative ability to Dovetail Décor.
